Paypal IP Banned. Will VM + VPN Fix this?
Last year i got scammed on depop and someone refunded me. I refused to pay the money back so paypal banned me and banned all accounts i make on my IP. Ive used different names/emails and phone numbers so its gotta be IP/device. I was thinking of buying a cheap phone to try it, but then wouldnt a VM and a VPN along with a brand new phone number work to allow me to make a new account?
I make a new account and its banned within 2 minutes afterwards |
