Yeah you don't need a specific laptop to operate on. As long as it can open up eBay. It's the stealth measures you take that matters.

so why after 7 days when I want to sell something and listining Item I got message from ebay "Reactive your ebay account " ?

create account with Ip burger Residental,wait 7 days,(New number,new user account In Windows,New address,new name) when I listining some Item after 30 min I got message from ebay "Reactive your ebay account" what Is main Reason block my account after listing,befor listining I always search something In ebay,some Items,auction some Item,I active like a normal User,not Like a Robot,what Is Reason block account after Listining Item ?

Wait 14 days

Make the account on a residential IP

List a low risk low value item for a 7 day auction

Rarely have issues doing that

I buy refurbished laptop off ebay for ebay accounts. $125-200 does just fine if you are just using it for ebay, email, amazon.
