What is a sure fire way to get a refund on my Paypal account from a scammy website?

What is a sure fire way to get a refund on my Paypal account from a scammy website?
(I paid via Paypal debit Mastercard issued by Paypal ie Paypal prepaid debit card which draws on my Paypal balance)

Is it to say "unauthorised access to my account" or what?

I've just been stung by JustAnswer.com for a recurring £40 monthly "membership" fee when I thought the £5 initially paid was for a 7 day trial only
(Justanswer.com = ask qns of 'experts' for a fee)

Reaccuring payments are kind of harder to dispute because you agreed to the terms and I don’t think they qualify for PayPals buyer protection. But you can try unauthorized transaction or even better dispute directly with your bank

His 'bank' is his paypal balance!

But I agree that persuading paypal to take any action on a subscription will be very difficult indeed if it's even possible particularly given it's a debit card.

The initial payment was made by PP debit Mastercard (issued by PP itself which draws on PP balance)

Not a normal bank debit card or credit card

For "unauthorised account access" route is there a correct answer for the multiple choice qns presented by PP?

Sometimes the easiest way to learn is from your mistakes and move on. Read the small print next time.. or contact the website and ask politely

It sounds like you are the scammer here, not the website..... if you didn't read the terms before signing up then its on you

LOL

Look in the mirror: who's the hypocrite (scammer)?

What are you doing on this site with 300 posts..

Starting up countless stealth Paypal & Ebay accounts to circumvent their T&C is what you're doing.
The very definition of a scammer (forget semantics).

Just look at your post history for a reminder in case you have dementia

Do you smell what you're cooking?
You smell full of sh.it

2/ Countless examples in your post history regarding fraud, false misrepresentation, using another persons real details (identity theft)

Hypocrite (scammer) much?
Does your sh.it stink?

Scumbag too if you're also ID theft (using other peoples name, address, DOB)

:rip::rip::rip: :fight::fight::fight:

Here you are admitting using another persons real details

Thats just not true at all. The bank name and address does NOT need to match the Ebay account. I have two accounts running with other people's real details combined with bank accounts in my name and address and they are running perfectly for months now with plenty of sales.
The important thing is that the bank account is real, and the details you give to Ebay are real. Don't send photoshopped docs because they don't really work any more
