Hey, logged on and got the message:

We've noticed some significant changes to your account activity. To better understand this, we'll need some information from you.

We need some information from you
They then ask for photo id, tracking, invoices etc.

I have read up some other thread on this topic in here to get a better idea.

I'm just looking for some tips/guidance on how to handle this so they don't put a 180 day hold on my money.

A few things to note:
  • The account is my main business account, not stealth
  • It has over $50k in currently
  • I'm dropshipping but I'm guessing I shouldn't mention that to them
  • My suppliers are in china, should I send a chinese invoice or generate an english one on my suppliers behalf?

Any guidance on this matter is appreciated. My focus is not having the money held, everything else is secondary.

You will have to provide this. Do Not show supplier is in China.

For bit of clarity, in what category are your sales?

Do you suggest I make up an invoice then? From where/who?

My sales are in the beauty niche, it's my own product that I get manufactured.

I would not see why chinese supplier invoice would not work , the issue here may be dropshipping , if ebay picked this up already it might lead to indefinite restriction , especially considering the large amounts

I've sent multiple Chinese invoices and uploaded Chinese tracking with no issues

Beauty niche seems risky in general but if it's your own product that's proprietary, the invoices should not be an issue - hopefully not too many issues with refunds and returns?

Everytime. But as rsot said beauty niche is risky and there may be other factors influencing the limitation.
