Can I use Ebay UK with an European bank account?

Hello,
I want to buy an Ebay Stealth UK. I am not a UK resident and cant open there an account. Can I use my European IBAN and give it to Ebay for paying out?

As far as I'm aware it does have to be a UK bank account in a UK banking format

Would be great if I was missing an option to add an IBAN though
