UK Account - Below standard
mainly selling in the UK my account is above standard - all good. But I've got below standard in Global region and its below standard third month in row. Got final warning that I need to fix this problem. So I only have 20 days left.
What most likely happens with my account if I not get back to above standard on a Global region ?
The defects which pushed me to the below standard are - cases closed without seller resolution, I've got 4 of them in a short period of time. I have only 78 sales over 12 month in Global region, and 350 sales in the UK region.
UK is the main region, can I get suspended due to this ?
I've emailed eBay asked for clarification how it works what can be done and what happens next, but didn't get anything useful, apart links to "How seller performance works" and so on.
I have a company and I need to be sure, I have employee + loan - If I get suspended I would start getting ready for bankruptcy. I wanna act responsibly so if anyone can give me a proper answer would be much appreciated. |
