I will not change the bank account. The bank detail is the same as own's details (personal info). But the business name and address will be changed to a different one (virtual trading name & virtual office address). The problem is that when I click EDIT business name option, there is an ebay notice: "Please make sure your details are accurate. If we're unable to verify the updates you make, your payouts may be held.".

If you can verify the updates, which I'm assuming you can, then it shouldn't be a problem.
I guess you're going to find out one way or the other if you're not happy leaving the account as it is.
