| All the major UK Networks have dynamic IPs, just use the one with the best coverage and speed in your area.
O2/GiffGaff/Telefonics adds a HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR header
Vodafone occasionally gives you the same IP when you reconnect
ReCaptcha scores are based far more on previous interactions with google than IP address, unless your coming from a high risk VPN or tor exit node of course. |
