New Ebay Account Start listing or wait!!

Hello all ebay pro's out there. I need to ask this silly question because i am a newbie. I just opened a new UK Ebay account. Should i start listing right away or should i let my account age for a while first. If i start listing i will list something safe unbranded product like dog comb or handcraft. If i let it age when whats the duration & do i need to buy some feedbacks during the process? I heard new accounts are super fragile. They can get suspended even if someone farted. Any suggestion is welcome. Thank you

I usually browse and build up history for 2 or 3 weeks before even listing a pencil.

I've never waited to list items, if you've created your account properly and appear normal then there will be absolutely no issues.

Ask yourself, if you didn't know about this forum and were just a regular guy what would you do?

IMO the 'brows for a while' is just hearsay or, dare I say it, and excuse for account sellers to blame the buyer for not warming the account up properly.

It's system driven, nobody is watching to see what you do, all they're interested in is risk. If you post no risk you'll be fine - and that's why you need to ensure your account creation process is solid, they couldn't give a monkeys about browsing history.

Everyone has their own techniques, you can list something straight away on a new account, or build up some history.

If it's a new account creation, then you don't need to build cookies, as everything is new and fresh. it only suggests that if you take over an account to build device trust.

I've created an account following all the rules and listed straightaway, but the account got suspended. Now will try listing after 2 weeks and see how it goes.

I'd still take caution and list after a week or maybe even 5 days.

These days done a test and listed 2 days after creation. Worked fine for 4 accounts. However on 2 accounts tried to list straight away and got suspended. I think something changed and if all done correctly then 2-3 days is enough.

again,m just to minimize the risk and knowing it's not because of this, I'd wait a few days.
