How can I cash out the money I have in my lloyds account from ebay? Any suggestions? Its in another name that isnt mine.

How did you get access to the bank account? Do you have a bank card? Do you have cheques?

Its my account. Its a stealth account although i dont have physical bank card but have the card info and no cheques.

You can use Exchange services, same like other do with Paypal.
