Everyone, i have a ebay app with my old address details on it which i have moved out of it but still run the account, was wondering if i log out and delete the app from my phone, redownload and make another ebay account for my new address with the same device, is there any chance of linkage with my old account?

The eBay app will link to itself.

Even a full restart on a phone wont let you do it without that possibility.

Having said that eBay are not so quick to limit accounts reusing details these days. You may well just start with low limits
