How to add address and payment method?
 

So having been banned for buyer violations.....

I've setup a new account using my dads details - different address, phone number, new gmail, diff acct on computer, access via VPN.

This may seem obvious - but can I add my address (from banned account) as a delivery address, but sent to my father's name?

What about payment? I created a new Paypal in his name and address, but can I add a payment method that is mine?

Not so worried about selling right now. Just want to be able to watch, bid and buy.

It says:

"Activity on your account didn't follow our Abusive buyer policy. Buyers may not misuse feedback, returns, buyer protection programmes, or payment dispute processes.
What activity didn't follow the policy


- Pattern of returning items that are different from the original item sent to you."

Which is odd, because I never did that.

Then further:

But I've been indefinitely suspended according to the 'chat'.

just use another name and same address , any UK card works for payment but address must match billing so you may want to do paypal

Ah so use my address with different name.

Paypal - can I link my bank account or CC or debit card to my dads new Paypal acct? Or must it be new as I've had these linked to my Paypal I was using with my banned eBay?

you need new ones , paypal only allow to use one card/bank on the same account

buying is not really a problem on ebay , this is when the seller account is opened they start suspending people randomly

So ideally I need another bank account with a debt card and/or credit card to link to the new Paypal. Names don't matter though do they?

you just need new numbers , names are not an issue , the usual security measures are the issue , build activity on new paypal slowly , this applies to both buying and selling although buying is easier to do

Correct. buyer accounts are easier to operate then seller
