amount of bank accounts needed

obviously i came on here because ive had accounts to my own address suspended

however each paypal account needs a bank account, i have went through about 10 bank accounts so far of which 6 can still be used for paypal

im still creating ebay accounts for the future but to sell they need a verified paypal

how is everyone doing this? are they simply opening numerous bank accounts for paypal? i have 6 bank accounts which is feel is far too many but then again i want to be one step ahead all the time incase i lose another account

yes its a problem, have you tried the cooperative online bank? they allow you to make new accounts instantly, HSBC online do too....I wouldnt open too many.....10 is ok though.....

98% depends on which bank you have picked to use. Instead of going to say 4 High St banks, look for banks that allow what I call sub-accounts.
With my UK banks, I visited the branch & told them they were going to get my business provided they went along with my having more than one account. (That was already within their guidelines). It is extra work but if you are into ebay seriously that's what you do. :peace:

i've had the same problems at times with bank accounts.. when you say they let you open online accounts instantly.. will they verify paypal? or are they saving accounts?

Co-operative Bank has current accounts: these work fine for paypal as the Direct Debit mandate exists :thumb:

Never assume with banks.;)

Yes they will do a credit check.... all banks will.... unless you apply specifically for a basic account then you might get away with just an ID check.

You can't just randomly open bank accounts online.... all banks will have similar procedures for account opening and ID checking.

marry a millionaire, that might help with credit checks..otherwise assume they DO check you, at least for a first account with them....
