Yes they ran a website blog and said something on there that the eBay CEO did not like and 6 employees were dispatched by him to put them in their place, even to the point that they did not feel safe in their own home. The 6 got arrested and charged and the eBay CEO got off scot free.

There was no 'immunity', they simply did not have enough evidence to charge them. They'd already left ebay.....with a $73 million handshake.
