Please help - Revolut cards no longer working for UK stealth
 

Hi all

Revolut used to work fantastically then it was declined on ebay stealth (I suspect due to billing address or card holder name not matching). I worked around this by changing the revolut billing address each time so it matched but now even this doesn't work.

I urgently need to refund a customer so I need a virtual debit / credit card that won't get declined due to name / address mismatch.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Has anyone used Monese virtual cards for stealth and if so did it work?

They check the card address verification, i'm not too familiar with VCC as I always set my payouts to weekly which covers any refunds from available funds, and with on demand payouts anytime you want, I think that's the best way to go to avoid VCC issues.

Thanks for your reply so it's now impossible to use credit cards or debit cards? Even if I change my card account to the stealth address it still doesn't work so I guess they must be able to check name?

Even set to weekly or monthly it's a problem if you get a refund request immediately after a payout and no other sales to take the funds from.

I don't have the option to pay fees by direct debit either. Is it safe now to use direct debit fee payment on a stealth account?

It should not be an issue as they can not match the name to the ort code and account number, so long as you use one they have not used before it should be OK

Ok thanks maybe I will try that then if they let me hope it doesn't get me banned.

Is it certain that all virtual cards no longer work?
