Always pay Packlink by PayPal
 

For the UK eBayer's I recently found that when I went to cancel a DPD label due to the size of the package and no local drop off points would touch it, they stated not to open a PayPal resolution case as they would refund the shipping within 24 hours.

I then purchase a UPS label through Packlink and had the package dropped of at their depot.

Next day I got a message to say that the DPD label had been used and no refund would be give, I swiftly informed them that it had not been used and that a UPS one had been purchased from them and that if I did not get a refund I would open a PayPal dispute.

Within a few hours I had my refund through PayPal, had I paid by debit card would I have got a refund, I do not think so.

So always pay Packlink through PayPal when shipping, they seem wary of disputes through it.
