Payment Hold. Payment method required.
 

Hi Everyone,

Im pretty new to this, but some advice would be great if possible.
I have had my stealth account for around 3 months now, everything has gone fine and I have been selling and building my limits quite nicely.
Today i had a email stating that any further payouts are on hold, and they need a payment method added.
I tried the debit card that came with the bank account i am using, but that was refused as the billing address was wrong.(I filled out my stealth address details)

I'm a bit perplexed on what to do now?
Any advice on what i can do to overcome this?

You can put the bank account as the payment method and not the debit card, you can use the stealth name on it and the account number and sort code and they will accept it.

Yes, did that, but its still showing as payments held, and to add a card.
Is there a time limit to wait and it will disapear?

It will not disappear, it may be OK to put the correct debit card address in, if it’s info for MP then they do not associate the address to the account.

have you tried adding a credit card?

He is using his bank account,but now eBAY wants a card/
Paypal likes us to add a credit card,so it could charge the card in case !
