UK Paypal moving to FCA
 

UK Paypal accounts will be managed under FCA from November. Ive looked into it but didnt get any specific details. I am just wondering if account will be managed more strict now with dcs requirements going up?

I know its mostly grey area for now, but I am worried that the account process will be much more strict now then it was under EU. I know there are many changes, one change is that paypal will be holding $ for max of 120 days instead of the 180 days. But I hope they wont ID the hell out of accounts under FCA, which will make stealth very hard to pass

I do not think it will be any harder than at present for the account holders, it will make it more harder for PayPal as they will have to conduct themselves under a tighter set of rules which see less retention of funds and time held on suspended accounts.
