Revolut VCCs no longer working

Iv been using Revolut VCCs for buying on eBay Stealth accounts for a while but over the past week I have made 5 purchases on different accounts with diffent cards and 4 of the payments were reverted out of those 4 payments 3 of the accounts were then suspended so I'm guessing that's the end of VCC's

If you have a UK residential account they will work, I think PayPal knows a UK non resident account VCC and now declines payments from them.

I have a UK account, they are missmatching names and addresses as the ebay accounts are stealth but it's not been a problem before this week

I think eBay is tightening up on the mismatch names on VCC, I tried another this week and although the credit card authorized the PayPal payment through its phone app, PayPal would not accept it.

this is odd - avs all matched up - how much was the amount preloaded?

I think problem is with your account itself... not the VCC
because normally it works.

Nothing sold on these accounts, I usually buy a few low cost items before I sell anything to make sure the accounts don't get suspended straight away. When I am purchasing something with a vcc it goes though on me revolt account but then on the ebay page it says please use another payment method then after a few minutes the payment is reverted on revolt

As a test I just purchased an item with my real ebay account using a revolut vcc and the payment went through without an issue so I guess the mismatching information is where the issue is

I am having a similar issue with rev VCCs suddenly not working, does any of the information on the vcc have to match the ebay account or should stealth details work OK? Up until this week my my vcc has worked with different details to the ebay account. Not been suspended just payment isn't going through

just to clarify - only issue with rev vcc or others too

it is likely that only the disposable revolut card does not work but the others should work

Tried both, neither are working for me anymore. Only time it has worked is with a real account with matching details, for any stealth accounts I use the payment is reverted

just try the correct billing address , the main cards should work

Done that still not working. The message I'm getting is please check your payment details or use a diffent option

It tends to work for buying but not for paying selling fees

I haven't used Revolut for years after they asked to to show proof of source. Using Wise now and all good

Yep Revolut are pretty know for asking for lots of verifications especially with mismatching name deposits

It seems to be hit and miss now, one day they are working the next day they aren't
