Reusing old wiped iPhone.
 

Can I use an old iPhone 5 for bay if it’s wiped back to factory settings?
Saying that will I be able to use it if I wipe it back to factory settings with it being so old?:s

Yeah you can but in my expierience it’s better to use new smartphones, as phones getting unsupported and eventually one day this old phone won’t turn on at all that day you gonna regret using old phone. If I ever age my forum profile enaugh and they allow me to sell UK eBay’s and paypals I will offer service that will provide ready accounts on installed devices ready to ship for ���� ��

Is that cos the app installs trackers you can’t remove or cos the app wouldn’t work on old iPhone?

Only thinking of using when I can’t be arsed to log on laptop. IF I get that far with new bay account.

The app will work on the phone, you can not use it if you have installed the app on a previous suspended account. The app sends detailed information about the phones hardware and telephone number to eBay so you will get associated if reloaded and activated and suspension of the account.
You can use the phone browser to access your account if you have removed all eBay’s or PayPal’s cookies from it.
