2 ebay to 1 paypal account, am i doing it right?
 

i want to open up a 2nd ebay account, i already have 1 ebay and ppal account which is not a stealth account, i have used a prepaid vcc on these a/cs, which i don't have to hand anymore

now would need to get a new vcc to add to the 2nd ebay account, but problem here is would i have remove the old cc on the ppal and update with the new vcc i will use with the 2nd ebay account?

2 ebay accounts - 1 ppal, i need seperate user accounts, same info, different email?

Hi there, I am in the UK aswell.

You can open up a second ebay account and link to your paypal account that already has another ebay account linked to it. We all agree that 2 ebay accounts to one paypal account is ok but no more.

You would need to add a credit card to the new ebay account if you want to sell items.

You will not need to update anything on your paypal account, but make sure that your paypal account is fully verified.

You should encounter no problems at all.

Ideally the best rule of thumb is 1 Paypal account to 1 ebay account but 2 to 1 is ok aswell.

If you are a careful buyer / seller then these accounts will grow and live to be happy accounts with lots of feedback.

BUT

If either an ebay account or the Paypal account encounter a suspension or a limitation then all will likely fall like a house of cards.

I would also recommend different stealth details for the second ebay account, name, address and phone number if possible and you will need another email. Ebay will not accept the same one. Also dont pick a similar email address.

i cant use stealth details for the 2nd ebay, its got to have the same details as the 1st ebay account or ebay will figure out the details on both ebay accounts are different

Yes all sounds fine.... new username with new email, but everything else should match up.

i'll give it a try, i'll need to chahenge the vcc on both ebay and paypal as i dont have the original vcc anymore

So lets say for example
basically for 2 ebay accounts that are linked to 1 paypal account

1st ebay account has stealth details and linked to the stealth PP with stealth PP paying seller fees

2nd ebay account has same or different stealth details?

2nd ebay account pays seller fees with PP?

the vcc is used only for selling confirmation?

Account 1 and Account 2 share the same stealth details (apart from email).

You can pay your 2nd ebay account seller fees through PP if you wish. You won't need to add a VCC to Ebay if you link to PP and use the fee auto pay feature.

That is correct, there is no need for a card.

What if you had already created a ebay account under different information, is it fine to edit it and make it the same as the other ebay and paypal info?

I wouldn't..... you can't easily change the name and it might raise a flag. I can't see what the benefit of doing that would be.

I could on my ebay account change the registered name and address and phone to match the paypal , I did it before I found out about this method just wanted to be sure. The benefit would be I can use my paypal that doesn't get payment holds compared to a new account with every payment being held.
