I got an email from ebay saying (We've removed your selling...) naturally my heart skips a beat as this is an 8 year stealth account.

Full message - We've removed your selling LIMITS now you can list unlimited amounts!

Dammit guys don't troll me like that!

Seems they're firing this message out to a lot of sellers.

I suspects its a pretty meaningless sales ploy.

In reality, how many of us who got this message were selling anywhere close to their existing limits? I wasn't remotely close and if I had been and wanted more I'd simply have asked.

I could attempt to treble my sales and still not hit my previous limit, are they really expecting sellers to suddenly 'go for it' because of this 'offer'.

Won't make any difference to me, (got it on two accounts) but curious to know if my experience is the norm or if this has genuinely opened doors for some of you.

ebay has many departments and no one is responsible for anything

one of them will lift limits and allow you to sell as much as you like , another one will restrict you for this demanding docs and the bots that police the site 24/7 are not affected by all this anyway so they will continue doing what they are doing

I got the same on 4 of My accounts. Doesn't make a difference to me as well.

Funny thing I had a bad month for all of those accounts Lost TRS and had many no delivery cases , but still got limits removed .
