Saver banks
 

Hi everyone,

Do saver banks still work?

So I had an ebay account for 2 years with the saver bank connected

Recently changed it to a business ebay where I had to re submit my bank

It worked well for a week, now payments are held and its saying we could not verify your bank.

I contacted them via live chat and they’ve said the banks unable to be debited (for obvious reasons).

Whats the best way to solve this?

I have 4 more stealth ebays set up in the same manner, they've not had this issue (yet)

just replace with current

Its nice and simple on paper. What if you’ve ran through 5 current accounts with 5 different banks, what would be the next step

if you mean UK banks you can certainly open more than 5 , on savers you will just be getting the same message about rejection or worse - on one of my accounts I received such a message but there was no red banner saying that account was rejected so I thought everything was fine but once I started selling it was impossible to withdraw

So make more current accounts with the same bank?

Issues happens when accounts get suspended then you need to close the current account and open another

how many accounts do you need? there are banks that can open up to 5 , you can probably open 15-20 in total without problems as long as you credit history is close to average or better

12 annually tbh they usually burn so 12 more every year
