Default Warning - JamesNorth

Hi all,

It gives me zero pleasure to do this and I would rather not have to do it but I feel I must warn other members about purchasing eBay accounts from JamesNorth101.

Yes, I am aware that James is no longer an official seller of eBay accounts on this forum anymore but he is still selling to people that have purchased from him in the past (outside of the forum) I fit into that category, and for the record he did deliver in the past.

I also know that James is still a regular poster on this forum and I am not questioning his knowledge as he clearly know his stuff. I just wanted to let members on this forum know my experience with him before they are tempted to send him any money of their own after seeing his posts on here.

The issue that I have is that he has failed to complete 2 orders of eBay accounts from that I made with him 3 months ago. He has had £600 of my hard earned money and has not delivered his part.

He did provide an eBay account shortly after my initial payment of my first order and this was already suspended before it arrived with me. A replacement account followed several days later and again this was suspended before I even logged into it. I have not received any further replacements despite chasing a lot!

The second order (and dont ask me why I placed a second order) has not been delivered at all. No eBay account has ever been supplied.

Since then I have received many, many promises of "they will be delivered without fail tomorrow" but sadly this never happens and when I chase it often takes days before I even receive a response. Now it seems that he is not responding to me at all.

I feel I have given James plenty of opportunity to resolve this and he clearly does not want to. I have also asked for a refund if he cannot supply the eBay accounts and he is ignoring my messages on WhatsApp (I can see that he has read them).

I have also been speaking to other members of this forum who are in a similar situation, out of pocket, and have not received what they paid for either. Its a real shame that he is still allowed to be a member himself if this is how he now behaves. This forum has been of massive service to me for 15 years and this has personally made me reluctant to buy from other vendors on here now.

I honestly don't know if James is intentionally being difficult or whether he is just disorganised.. Either way this has been a very frustrating experience that I hope nobody else has to go through.

I can prove everything I have said above and I really did not want to have to do this.* I hate complaining.* However, at this time I feel like I have been scammed and felt the need to warn others.

James - If you happen to read this I will be happy to follow up on this or remove my comments if you can resolve these issues quickly. I can't afford to lose £600 and it is not reasonable for you to take so long to resolve such things and now go very quiet. After waiting so long and being messed about so much I would prefer a refund please.* Until now I would have rather have just had the accounts...

To the Admins of the forum - Sorry if I have overstepped the mark here. As I said above this is a great forum and I don't want such people to damage its reputation. Again, I am aware that he is no longer a seller on here and I purchased these accounts outside of the forum but he is still a regular poster on here and I am aware of other members that purchased from him before he stopped selling on here that still have not received what they purchased.

Thanks for reading,

Regards

A very sad Delboy

I have always had good dealings with James but my own past transaction is taking very long - I hope your situation gets resolved quickly.

On my end, I am disappointed that deliverable hasn't been on time and I will need to look elsewhere if I need something done quickly and on a promised time.

It is kind of good - but also bad - to know I am not the only one that is in this situation.

I hope you get yours sorted soon too mate.

I was hoping to have a good relationship with him where I could be buying a lot of accounts but I doubt that will happen now sadly.

Real shame...

I was thinking I had a good relationship but this situation is getting problematic.

Apparently, in my case, he's using a supplier that hasn't provided in time...16 days now - I would not rely on him for pricey accounts right now.

Supplier? So he's a middleman and wasn't making the accounts himself?

I don't really care where they come from as long as they work.

But I doubt I will ever receive anything that works from him.

I hate complaining but if he is going to take my money, constantly let me down, and now go quiet I don't have any choice but to share my experience on here so that others don't have the same problems.

It's nothing new unfortunately, I had a similar experience with JN a good many years ago now, I remember the 'without fail tomorrow morning messages too!

I gave up taking chances with the sellers and learned how to make my own.

I hope you get a refund. I get tired of the softly softly approach we all have to make because he is a moderator on the forum., but we have to accept the forum is not a 100% legit platform, gosh if you were around for the days of 'Sandy', you'd remember that fiasco there!

Thank you for your reply.

I think I am going to have to look at creating my own accounts now as you suggest.

It's more difficult to do now, but at least when you do create it and it succeeds you know the correct methodology and you know its strength. It can be frustrating at the start finding the route to success but it can be done.

The Account seller selling UK accounts currently is basically just buying a few months of ££, eventually it will all catch up with her and there will be another #sandygate n when all her buyers come back for refunds being that the docs failed after the £1740 and there is no legit NI number attached to the account.

Not sure about the accounts - I was using him for a different service. But evidence collecting has been showing him to be a middleman for accounts as well...

Of course, I have known James for ages - he was once a moderator here too so if my faith is restored, I will post news

I would love nothing more than to post complimentary things about him too. I hated having to write this post. If he sorts mine out I will praise him to the hill...

just offer 10% advance payment and ask for test access

you do not take it , they keep the money

they refuse the offer you save 100% out of what would be a 100% loss

this is the best way to identify an account seller who has something to hide

and yes , I have yet to see a seller who would accept that offer

Just to confirm that James has been in touch earlier to say that he is finished from his end and my accounts will be loaded to my AdsPower account today and I will be selling this week.

If this happens I will retracting my comments from above.

I will keep you advised.

Why would you retract your comments?

This is what pee's me off.

He has mugged you off, and you have given him more than a fair chance to deliver.

Only because you exposed him is he sorting it out for you.

Removing your comments means that others will fall into the same trap as you did.

You havent said anything personal, and JN has the right to respond on the thread.

Leave the comments but complete the story as to when it gets sorted.

On my end, I am still waiting for an update from James and my due date has come and passed for my own task to complete so...I can't rely on him for a timely provision these days unfortunately.

James messaged me on WhatsApp. He might not have seen this thread yet and was just replying to my 3 messages from last week that he hadn't replied to previously.

It shows in his profile on here that he has not been logged in for 5 days.

I didn't receive my accounts last night in the end as he suggested I would. It was quite late in the day when he messaged me through.

It is funny that does he reply (albeit often after days) and that is not the usual behaviour of somebody who intends to run off with your money.

I therefore live in hope and fingers crossed will finally be getting them imminently. However, like RSOT I would have to think twice about ordering more if the agreed SLAs are not met.

I don't have him on whatsapp - only via email msging. If you can let him know on whatsapp that I am looking for his response that would be appreciated.

FUN FACT: He doesn't know how to make the stealth accounts and just buy it from someone and resell it here. Now you know
Sorry for the loss.

I always wondered that that may be the case as some of his 'advice' on here I knew to be absolutely untrue/wrong at times

I can't say too much on this.

What I can say however is that James sadly failed (again) to transfer over the 2 accounts on Monday evening as he promised on the message I received from him on Monday, and has not replied to my messages since asking for an update.

It is very frustrating to be promised something and then for it to not be delivered and this same situation is now repeating itself every week.

I have been extremely patient and now believe I am just being strung along.

I really want to give you all some good news but I am losing confidence sadly at this time...
