| | | spookycat | 09-29-2025 05:48 PM | How to get payouts from suspended account after 180 days? My seller account was hit with MC999 and suspended with the typical message about recent activity raising serious concerns. A few weeks later, eBay asked me to confirm ID. I didn’t upload any ID because it was a stealth account, so I decided to just wait for the 180 days to pass, expecting the funds to be released to my verified bank.
Now it has already been over 180 days, but eBay still hasn’t released the money. Has anyone experienced this before? Do they normally delay payouts even after the 180-day hold, or is there any way to push them to release the funds? Any advice on what I can do next would be greatly appreciated. |

Did you upload tracking? | Yes, I did. There were 1 or 2 returns when eBay suspended my account. They didn’t even bother waiting for the buyer to send the items back – eBay just issued a full refund and let the buyer keep the item. Any complaint I made was totally ignored, with the response that once the account is suspended, you’re no longer covered by eBay protection. Such douchebags. |

Re: How to get payouts from suspended account after 180 days? Are you still able to log into your ebay account?
Feels like a lot of info on your end is missing. |

Feels like a lot of info on your end is missing. | Yeah, I can still log in, but the registered phone number is no longer active.
Initially, both the phone number and email were verified, and my savings account was successfully added for payouts — eBay even sent the microdeposits to confirm it. Everything seemed fine at first, but later eBay requested ID verification.
Now, they refuse to accept any documents or verification attempts, saying that “no action is needed.” |
