Usable Banks

Hi

Is there an updated list of High Street (or online) banks that can be used on eBay?

Was thinking about either Santander or Nationwide but happy to consider alternative suggestions.

Many thanks

Re: Usable Banks

Wise works perfectly fine. And you can open up Business accounts for extra GBP bank details.

Santander
Nationwide
Metro
Barclays
Halifax

In fact all high street banks are good for eBay, no issues

You can also try App banks like
Monzo
Wise

Hi. I got a Wise account from a relative. But I did transfer from eBay and wise account was suspended straight away because name not match.

But I see people here used Wise and mismatch name is ok.
Any advice about how to use?

I personally haven't used wise but would be interested to know if mismatch will work. I did use Revolut business and personal but both eBay accounts got suspended.

Hmm...
Sounds like it got suspended for something else.
Name mismatching do not get Wise accounts suspended.

Was the Wise account logged on desktop by chance?

No, mobile only.
It had notice saying first bank transfer must come from bank in oweners name.
But I stupidly tried withdrawal to it it from ecom and it suspended the wise straight away.
This was an India Wise account, to the GBP account.

"from ecom" means ebay?

Neo banks such as Kroo, Zopa and such work well too.

Easy to open!

All the traditional/OG neo banks really for example:

Monzo
Revolut
WF
Tide
Chase
Zopa
Kroo

All you need mostly is a sort code / acc no.

I prefer them to traditional high st banks as they are a pain to deal with lately, always asking questions etc.
