This Paypal account gone then??
 

Basically 2 months ago, I got notice of Limited Account Access RXI042‏ (suspicious receipt/withdrawal of funds one)

I sent them the information straight away and they pretty much confirmed they got the info straight away. 2 weeks went by, so I sent it all again. Anyway, the account was limited in October and now it is obviously December.

I could receive funds still (so I carried on doing so, making the sales and getting the money eventually was better than binning time sensitive stock).

Anyway, I emailed them after the last xmas post when I didn't desperately need somewhere to sell anymore about the limitation and where were upto. Nothing but the automated response but now I can no longer receive funds through Paypal - that step has just been removed from my account on the limitation screen. There is now about 12K in there, for which I have sent them all the ( genuine ) information they asked for. On the Paypal limitation page, I can't upload any documents, they all have various errors (like no orders for me to input tracking info against) etc and they haven't responded. They haven't given me the we don't won't to do business with you email, and I have been very careful not to link the account to anything that has gone before.

Beginning to think the account has little hope now?

Any advice would be appreciated, If they are going to stop it I would quite like to know so the 180 days starts asap as obviously it is a fair bit to be tied up for it to carry on rumbling on.

I have no idea whether it is a coincidence or not, but me no longer being able to receive funds came almost immediately after being awarded "top seller" status

Are all your details genuine?

Have you tried calling them rather than just emailing? <Best way to find out what is going on is by speaking to someone in my opinion>

1. Find out why they limited the account in the first place
2. find out why they didnt lift the limitation after you provided them with all the info they requested.
3. Find out what their intentions are, and what is going to happen to your account now, empthesising that you have provided all the required info.
4. If they want to "part company" tell them you give them seven days to give to you in writing the reasons behind their actions.
5. contact the ombudsman
6. make a claim in small claims court
7 only do steps 4-6 if you have a legit account
