Paypal Limitation Help
 

Hi,

My first post, I get angry at paypal time and time again!

I have in the past had a couple of EBay account shut down for varying reasons, most I am not really sure why! So I started trading selling a few bits and bobs now and again, using my cousins account as they did not use it. I linked it to a new paypal account registered at my new business address and bank account.

I have now been asked for the receipts, invoices and tracking info of 5 parcels. Here's my problem.

Everything was sent 1st class so no tracking available.
Invoices, I don't have them, chatted to people over MSN, goods from china, paid for them by Western Union, some electric, some clothes.
Receipts, they are on the EBay account in my cousins name, the paypal account is in my name.

What can I do. Any help appreciated. Thanks

if there is no tracking, then all you can do is tell them you have basic postal receipts and thats it, it wouldnt help you if the buyer says not recived but otherwise, its no big deal, after all if they are low value you wouldnt send with tracking, if they are higher than approx £20, you should always use tracking. Paypal only looks at tracking when it comes to buyer not received dispute....

you seem to have proof in terms of receipts and tracking from the supplier, ask the supplier for something in writing if you need it to be different or simply amend the ones you have using an online photo editor, very simple, even an email is easily doctored to your name and email address, printed off and faxed or scanned and reuploaded.....paypal may contact supplier, so just let supplier know to say it was all in your paypal name and address etc....China suppliers are normally very compliant...the one exception to this is if your goods are f**e designer or vero, then china goods invoice not good idea, plenty of suggestions on forum, but they revolve normally around making your own invoice and putting temporary non-linked phone number on it.

same thing has happened to me, they arer asking me for supplier invoices and contact details. I got the notification of limited account access RXI034. not sure what do do. HELP.

same here. still cannot get the documents to show them to lift the limit.
