Auctivia, wont let me list more than 1 item on bit, help needed!

I did my BIN listing for 2 items in auctivia, it wont let me list, keeps on saying you must select a shipping option and something to do with insurance, 1st time this has ever happened, i cant figure out what to do:help:

before i could list BIN without any problems, no im stuck
