Cant Do "Instant Payment" Required
 

Just opened a new stealth ebay & paypal account.

Listed my 1st item & i cant seem to get "Instant Payment Required". I checked the box, then it says i have to have premeire or business account, i click on upgrade account and sign into paypal & it says account is already premeire account :confused:

So is ebay onto me? or is there a reason?

I have not verified my paypal yet via bank deposits. But iam pretty sure i could receive instant payments required, last time. I figure sell some small ticket items whilist i wait for the deposits appear in my account.

Instant Payment Required is just for BIN items.... So are you listing a BIN?

Have you linked your Ebay/PP accounts?

Yes, Instant Payment required is for BIN only. If this is your first item, that means you have 0 selling feedback. You must have a selling feedback score of 5 to start listing BIN.

Yes it is for "Buy it Now" iam sure in the past i could check "Instant Payment Required" but it saying i have to have a premeire account to do this, which i already have.

So is this because of feedback? Or they have noticed me?

It sounds like a glitch... another member is having the same problem across several of their accounts.

Gotta wait 3 days cause of some slow error. Make sure you have it ALL setup correctly.

Try clearing cache/cookies and relisting completely over again...like previously mentioned above, eBay US Buy it Now requires sellers to have a 5 feedback score (can be from buying activity) I assume .UK is the same

sounds like it would be an issue due to your account and feeback. as you said the account is new, and an account requires 5 FB for BIN.
