Help, 0203 virtual no

I'm about to order a new virtual number for you know what. Unfortunately, Soho66 and other virtual number providers seem to run out of 0208 for London, but they have 0203 which is said to be a next prefix for London. Do you think it's safe to get 0203 for a new stealth account? Would it not look suspicious? I could still get 0207, but that wouldn't match the address.

On the other hand, if I use '3' dongle I could order any virtual no and corresponding address, can't I? Or would it have to be somewhere close to the bank as well? (am I making this too difficult, more than it really is?)

Can we use 0203 ? please respond - i am stuck there too

doesnt need to match address for a seller account on ebay..
any landline will do, even an out of area one, 0203, 0207 whatever is fine
