Paypal limitied ebay works how long?

I created two ebay on one paypal all on different info. I think on one ebay i listed to many items ebay and paypal limited asked for ducuments all on stealth info? But one ebay still ok. How to take money from suspended paypal because some items will be sold, i can't sent request money and close account but i think i can withdraw? or is better to close all auction because account can be suspended for 180 days?
