MC010 but ebay did not call me back?

Hi I had a couple backup accounts with 3-4 FB which where couple months old so I thought I list an item on 1 of them and bam needed to verify by phone so I thought it might of been that it was a vero item, I left them a time with my mobile number but they never called back then after I received an email MC081 NOTICE suspended, as it was after the 48h period.
I thought it could have been the vero item i listed so on the other account I listed a cheap fan. After an hour this account got the MC010 verify by phone so I left them a different mobile no. and they still didn't call back, logged in to this account and got the notice that I needed to veriy another time for ebay to call and still no call back?
Both accounts are on different windows user profiles and I only use dailup for all ebay and paypal stuff.
The thing is I'm in thailand but registered to ebay uk, are they not dialing the mobile no. correctly because I'm not sure where there calling from and I did not give them the international thai dailing code (+66) as I assumed they know seeing I registered in a thai address?
Will they be able to see my mobile number if I used a international calling card to call them as there is no local number to get hold of them and calling direct from a mobile can be costly.
The wierd thing is the second account now has past the 48h period to confirm but not suspended yet plus no email or anything from ebay?
What the hell are ebay doing?
Both ebay accounts have verified paypal using entroypay vcc.
I'm wondering if theres a glitch as i've registered a ebay uk account in thailand, because I listed an item on 1 of my selling accounts the other week and had shipping local free which would mean if anyone in thailand would brought my item they would get free delivery, and worldwide delivery e.g £4.99 well every country calculated that correctly apart from UK, Someone bought my item from UK but ebay calculated the delivery as free? even though my listing stated that my location is thailand address thailand but UK was calculated as local post:shocked:
My accounts have been running smoothly since last year when I bought the stealth book but since the ebay updates this year its all going abit wierd! unless I'm doing something wrong?
cheers

EB don't call you, you have to call EB,

Every new account will get the MC010,

Search the forums and you can find more info on this.

? I searched other threads and I thought that was the reason you have to leave a number so they can contact you and to schedule a time convenient for when your free. Or else you can call them anytime and there would be no point in arranging a time with ebay, and they did not leave any indication of a number for me to call them. Heres some of the email I received from ebay

"We'd like to arrange a telephone call to discuss recent activity on your eBay account and review the hold.

Follow the instructions on this link to schedule a time for us to call you:

https://www.scheduleonline.com/servi...rification.php

You can schedule a call with us any day of the week between 09:00 to 19:00, and the call must take place within 48 hours of you receiving this email."

If you got the MC010 you would have to call them with in the 48 hours or its just going to cause more problems. They would have you send them all kinds of doc. if you don't call with in the 48 hours.

Don't sit around call them ASAP! With the info.

I logged in to my account to get a customer support number and had to use the live chat where all the guy said was reply to the MC010 email so that department can sort it when I asked is there a customer support number he said "we don't have a customer support number"? I had to act like i didn't know much as its a fresh account.
so i said i'll just email them then. where he replied.
"Yes! Please."
what a c***
So trying to directly contact them did not help the live chat would not even give me some sort of contact number for me to do so lol
I guess i'm back to square 1 but now waiting for email....
