Paypal limited help required please :)
 

ok need abit of help, i have been selling hot tubs on ebay successfully but requesting buyers pay by bank transfer. yesterday i had a buyer pay me by paypal, i withdrew the money and checked today and my paypal is limited..


Problems i have:

I am selling the hot tubs with 6-8week delivery time as i am only ordering when i receive payment.

Therefore i cannot provide proof of postage for the hot tub they are requesting

I also have 2 other payments they want proof of postage for. 1 was collection and 1 payment was a gift, how can i resolve that?

one was collection and one was gift, so say so to pp, surely you have some emails to prove it, people think they are unreasonable about this, not true, these are hot tubs so collection is viable .

you are required to accept paypal if someone wants to pay that way, when you use ebay, thats your problem, youve may have been limited because they think you are not following the rules..

you will have to explain the 6 week thing to them too, was that timescale mentioned in auction? if so, they should be ok about it, if not then there will be trouble. pp sometimes have a problem with these kind of delays, but I think with your type of item, it may be more acceptable.
