laptop broke lost ip records what should i do?
 

I was keeping all my IP records on a spreadsheet which I did back up to a flash drive but my laptop broke on Tuesday and I am using a different laptop now but am afraid to log into ebay as when I tried to get the spreadsheet off of my flash drive it says it's corrupted and obviously it doesn't work at all? Any suggestions?

I don't have my ip records for my stealth accounts for the past 2 weeks, before that i have them printed out as i was printing them just incase but i've been waiting to get some ink for my printer so didn't print them out recently :(

if you have an IP that changes alot eg, the last 4 or more digits change, I wouldnt worry, if its less, say if its last 2 digits that change only, I would look in to getting another ISP and starting again with newly logged IPS...

alot said about IP, you must assume they keep a record of all your IPs (although they may not, we dont know) but if you have a dynamic IP and it got repeated once a year for example, so what? That isnt a link, loads of users use that pool of ips , that isnt an accurate way of linking for them.

Sometimes the IP's change every few hours on their own but I usually switch by resetting my router when I'm switching between accounts. Sometimes the whole IP will be completely different with no matching numbers but sometimes the first three numbers will match.I am best changing my ISP? I only did so not long ago from BT to TALK TALK and it's on a long contract I think and it'd mean changing the phone too ..

Just start a new spreadsheet and move forward.
