2 banks one address?
 

Can 2 people (me and my girlfriend) have 2 ebay seller accounts from same address we both have different banks (LLoydsTSB and HSBC) and if so would it be best to use different user accounts on computer, thanks Bo.

yes you can without a problem

youd be best of having two seperate paypal accounts aswell

if you have been previously suspended from that address though they will most likely suspend you right away

also no point worrying about different IP address's or user accounts as both your address's will be the same on the accounts

I ask this because when I tried to sell an item on my ebay it logs into her user when i try to list, though i might need seperate computer users.

Use different adresses or a variation of one and the same address on different accounts. If you don't do it, your girlfriend's and your accounts will get linked. When one of the accounts goes down, the other one will follow it. So, you'll waste two bank accounts if this happens.
It's better to create two different Ebay/PayPal accounts with different info and with two separate computer users. Also, don't forget about different IPs, etc...
