I received this yesterday... E-mail looks like its from them... theres no bogus links for me to log in to my account... its funny, I never received any payments into this account, they only limited it because it was linked to someone else... (they told me they were going to indefinately limit this paypal account, then I receive this e-mail)...

I would figure out how you got linked and change that. Proceed to sell small cheap items for atleast a month till there computer starts to trust you..... Maybe you get lucky.

i just logged into that paypal account which I received the e-mail about.

It is still limited...? Does that mean my account is limited, but if I were to receive payments into that account, there would be no hold...?

i too got the same message, and i am suspended off ebay currently, so theres no cash flow, and i have emptied the account, but its nice to know that now i dont need a paypal account for a while, its no longer limited.

i cant be bovvad... i would need to resolve all my issues on the paypal account (including my linked account) and then see if it works...
