I was a registred business.

Ebay/Paypall was banned for no real reason.

So used friends account to sell.

Everything that I have sold I I have logged and will declare to the Inland Revenue.

I will they see this though the fact that the money is firstly going into my friends account?

2. Well... how about asking your friend to declare it then you pay his taxes on this share instead?

Account only lasted about 2 months.

And friend it is actually my sister, I have already declared that I am self employed so surely easier if I declare it that way.

Cant I just be truthful to them say ebay was suspended, so used sisters account? Sinc ebene trading 5 months and had 99.6% feedback

Just word of advice, when posting on this forum, don't start threads with lies...however minor they may be.

Why not just say sister instead of friend? We aren't here to judge - it's a small point but still, lies only produce more...

Ok, so you used your sister's account to your suspended eBay account?
This is the cause of the suspension.

I am using siters account and everything is fine, just I am concerned about the fact that th emoney is going in her account apposed to mine.

Okay it may be easier but liek I said probaly too late for her to decalre it now you need to decalre it within 3 months and its past that
