Default Am i done?

I just went over my limit on my stealth account, and it is asking me to confirm business details etc. I have got to the part where you confirm your phone number, i clicked confirm by address by accident, thinking it was email address, instead it automatically sent a letter out to my billing address (which is a real address). I always thought they werent able to see your card details/billing address, but obviously they store it?

It's just a pin # that you enter in to paypal and it confirms your address.

Now I understand. But look from different side, you put correct address and if something bad happens paypal will check it what ever you confirmed it or not, it is true or not. So since you add correct address I think there so difference now. Dont you thinkg so?
