its not meant to be in unitl 30th june 2011, but a friend of mine came accross it being trialled the other day, so its out there and its coming!!!

They seriously need a year to roll that out? I cant grasp why something like that would take almost a year to put into place. I scanned the link and didn't see anything that points to feedback on paid items only. But its needed. Hope its system wide at some point. But a year?

Bunch of BS - reason for the year is because they want to give leeway for themselves if a better idea comes up.

Means they are getting lots of concerns on instant negative feedback from sellers. This is to make it look like they are listening, while dragging their feet. They are still in the mind set if they give buyers free range sales will increase. Sellers running into trouble is not their concern. They have made that pretty clear.

The reason I know this will work for ebay is because my mate bought his own item as such to leave fb, but the item went into a checkout type trolly, he tried to leave himself a nice fb, but, as the item had not been payed for, fb option was not allowed, it will stop allot of malicous negs being left for sellers, unless the person trying to screw the seller actually pays for it.
