I want to create a stealth paypal and ebay account but am still having a little trouble understanding everything. I have opened a new bank account and have got a prepaid card with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address, So now should i open a new paypal with my new bank account adding my acount number and sort code but put the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address from the pre paid card down. Can someone please clarify please. Cheers

You make the paypal/ebay names to match: you can put the name that is on the pre-paid card as that. Then you put the sort code & account number on the paypal account to complete verification. paypal mainly never sees the name so it's no big problems when they differ. (Couple of UK banks have given troubles,lloyds)...

Only as a last resort use your ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address, as in my opinion they dont last too long.
It is far better to use an address you can get access to if needed (letters off ebay, returns,etc)
Friend or family member who is going to be ok with it. But make sure they dont have an ebay account. An elderly aunt can have her uses :)

Thanks, Thats what i was going to do use a relatives address, But why do i need a prepaid card

The prepaid card is because paypal and ebay will need a credit card on file besides the bank account. You use the prepaid card to card verify.
