Private 'Buy it now' ??
 

Any idea how this is done?

In the standard auction, there is an option to make it private, but not so with a fixed price "Buy it now".

It can be done for sure, as i've seen other sellers with this option (usually for adult type material)

I think Turbo lister can do it, but i'd rather not use this program if at all possible.

depends on what country you are listing in, i know the uk allows the use of the private listing in both auction and BIN.

put an amount in for both auction and BIN and it will work out that it is BIN until first person puts in first auction bid option and then BIN option disappears....

So I put in the auction amount at the same as BIN, and it is a private listing.

It looks messy to be honest, with the auction start price the same as BIN.

There doesn't seem to be a way around this, other than Turbolister.
