virgin wireless router ip address question
 

hey guys,
im on vm bb and im connected via a wireless router,when i see what my ip address is it says the same ip address each time but it only says i live in this town nothing else.
does this mean everyone in the same town as me who are on vm bb with a w router have the same static ip address as me?
and is their any way they(ppeb) could connect it back to me via this ip address only

No they will not have the same ip address as you, im also on vm bb with wireless router. I f your in doubt about your ip address, then just change your mac address, and in return this will give you a new ip, but as your behind your router, then ip won't change until you remove the router & connect the cable modem direct.

use ip burger, disconnect and reconnect and check ip again, it should be different, easiest way is pull plug out of phone socket, or press disconnect button on screen, whichever applicable
