Constantly Changing IP Address
 

When connecting through a tethered mobile (Orange network), I get an IP address which keeps changing everytime I refresh the browser on IPTURTLE. Only the last 2 numbers of the IP address change (randomly between 1 and 99).

Would this kind of behaviour cause problems if connected to a suspended account?

Yep! keep the same IP as much as possible to avoid getting linked!

For this problem i use firstrly cyberghost vpn and after a extension of chrome named VPN Unlimited that locks my ip in the location that i want and works thery good. The first vpn is for more safety

When i was noob i had 5 paypal accounts in Virtual Machines and when one of these account was limited all the others was limited making me lose around 800€...

I would advise using a VPN, much easier and less risk of accidentally using the same IP address
