Account has been suspended PLEASE HELP..!

I opened an account 2 weeks ago and then ebay sent me this message:

MC010 Notice: eBay Account Limited - Verify Identity

To maintain a safe and secure online marketplace, eBay may require additional verification from sellers from time to time. As part of our verification review we have placed your account on hold, the hold prevents you from buying, selling and sending member to member messages. Your active listings will not be searchable during that period.

We'd like to arrange a telephone call to discuss recent activity on your eBay account and review the hold.

I choose a date last week for ebay to call me yesterday in the morning but I didnt recevie any phone call from ebay. I logged in to my ebay account to find out why ebay didnt call me. I checked my messages on ebay and got this message.


MC081 NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension -

We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended.

From experience we know that certain items and actions are more associated with fraudulent activity on eBay than others. As a precaution, we suspend an account if it gives us cause for concern. We then ask for more before we reinstate the account.

Please advice me what sould I do? I dont know why ebay cancelled all my listings and also suspended my account. :confused:

Hi the exact thing has happened to me today. Just totally pxxx off. But I haven't made the call yet. Sounds like there is no point anyway. It is just annoying. You feel like you have totally wasted your time and money. I just made another stealth account straightaway and fingers crossed this time. Hope you get sorted.

Search for MC010 Notice on here there are a lot of people getting them just send in the info they request, and from what others are saying. If you do not have it do not tell them, just be creative.

Let us know how the new one goes and if you can think of anything that set off the other one.

Sorry to hear it m8, how many items did you have listed?

Did you sell much, any paypal limitations?

To me sounds like the account is kaput, but might be worth sending in documents, you never know..

send them documents and they will re-open it, it sounds like a new account check which is simple. send in id, proof of address and proof of ownership of item, send it by reply to the email you got from them.
if you do not own the item, i can get you a very naughty little bit of software that makes amazon.com receipts,lol. they work wonders for proof of ownership. you can input any details you like for name and address and item.

What sort of software are you using to create Amazon invoices, is it simply an excel speadsheet set up with amazon details? Does sound very sneaky, but if everybody does the same it will not work as well.

Im really annoyed today ebay gave me an email to send the documents they need and then i did email them the documents but then ive got the msg that the email id they gave me is no longer can be used to send documents.

I have tried ebay to upload documents but its not working and the email ID ebay gave me is not available.

I dont know what to do anymore, how can i send documents to ebay? i dont have fax machine either :pout:

It's a generator software, I do not use excel.
The receipt is identical to amazon receipts and ebay or paypal could not tell the difference.

send the documents by replying to the email that ebay sent you informing you they wanted the documents, attach them to the reply. This is how I send my docs and they reply same day usually.

Try faxing the documents, at least that way they have some pieces for paper. You can use Send a Fax for Free - Try e-Faxing with MyFax.com or Truly Free Internet Faxing for FREE!
They are not keen on invoices so fax receipts. Keep chasing them through ebay "contact us" on a daily basis. From experience you get a 60% success rate and the average wait for a definitive answer is 10-14 days.
