Hi,

Ive tried to use Sipgate to verify my ebay but my number does not get through. I have registered a account with Sipgate and then inputted my information in PhonerLite but for some reason it still does not work.

Is there anyone that can help me with my problem?

Do you get the phonecall and receive the ebay code?

No I tried it but doesn't work, I also tried to phone to number myself but it says number is not recognized. I have tried it before with same issues but I use PhonerLite which I got from following another member on this forum who was able to get their number working.

Were exactly are you having the problem with,, Is ebay not recognizing your number?? Or is it that phonerlite is not registering your number on their network,,

If u give abit more detail maybe we can help ,,,,,

Have you tried to use x-lite from sipgate to see if that works?

How many lines can you have going through Phonerlite?

does anyone know how to set this up properly,been trying for a couple of days and cannot get my head round it,
ive set up a sipgate account,got a number,ive downloaded phonerlite,installed it,but get an error message at the bottom saying not registered (unauthorised)...
which phonerlite programme do you download off sipgate?their is 4 to choose from
it seems like all of these are for german customers only as it says sipgate.de
please help me:( im crackin up
btw my os is windows 7

has,thanks for the link,ive managed to suss it out,cant believe it took me so long as the answers were already their for me i just didnt look,thanks bud,i did this while connected directly to my modem!!
now i just need to work out how to get it setup to ring my home number,if you know how message me bud,cheers

is there a screw up with sipgate today? im not getting any voice on incoming calls, nor do i hear anything when i dial the test number 10000. i have both x-lite and phonerlite...no joy..
