need help setting up sipgate.co.uk please!!!
 

ive been trying to set up sipgate,i followed a link on here but still could not do it,ive searched the net for step by steps but their isnt any:(ive emailed sipgate but got no response,
if anybody knows what to do please comment,thanks:peace:

if you are using wifi, then connect the computer to the router via ethernet cable, my sipgate doesnt work when on wifi but works fine on ethernet.

What error message you getting? "not registered (timeout)"?

yeah ive been using wireless,i will try it tonight and al let ya know if i got it working,cheers mate:peace:

ok ive connected directly with my modem but ive noticed on the link on one of the pages about sipgate it shows the set up process,on their its sipgate.co.uk but when im filling in the info it says sipgate.de(german)ive looked for a uk version of phonerlite but cant find any,can anyone help???

xlite and ninjalite can be found on cnet(downloads.co.uk) These are two good softphones to use. Sipgate has walkthroughs for both of them. I prefer ninajlite to xlite or phonerlite as ninjalite has dtmf capabilities meaning touchtone works on it. You often get asked to press a key before you hear verification PIN, works well!
