New Ebay and Paypal account
 

Hi all and first of all , sorry for my ignorance.

I have had a paypal buying account for years and just started selling through various forums and Ebay.
My account was abruptly limited and I forwarded all the info they required and my limited status was removed.

A few days later it was limited again but they wanted stupid stuff like supplier contact info and delivery conformation 10min after the buyer paid for the item so I tried to start a business account now both accounts have been suspended and I cant get any paypal account.

I have seen the accounts for sale in the 'marketpalce' but would like to know if they work and how you get the funds transfered to your bank if your bank account is already linked with another paypal account??? Or do I have to open a new bank account??
