Need to send credit card statement(entropay)
 

Hey there guys, just a real quick question, I have already run a ton of searches but still havent found the answer to what im guessing will be a simple procedure.

Ok so paypal have limited my account & requested a few documents which I shall send in, the only document im having problems with are the credit card statement, im using entropay. The logical first move would be to just print out a monthly statement on my entropay account, the only problem there is my name/address/card number doesnt show on my statement, so surety paypal wouldent accept this?

So the question is, how do I provide paypal with my credit card statement when im using entropay?

PP doesn't look too happy with VCC even though they "allow" it. A "SHOPPED" bank statement ALWAYS does it for me.

Thanks for the reply holymoly. So I can use ANY any statement providing I fix the details? For instance, if I use a capital one credit card statement with my details on that match their records, will they not be able to notice that its false? Many thanks again. Chico

Why can't you send a copy of the bank statement after you have been creative?

You only need the info part not the full page and you only have to show the first four digits. It just seems a lot easier.

Someone else will know for sure but I think what you are suggesting may cause you problems, as the statement is not linked to the account and they may question why?

Yeah just fix the details, make sure name address and card numbers on the 'FIXED' statement are the same as on your paypal account.

Be careful here guys. If you used an entropay card they know its entropay. You send them a statement from capital one or whatever they will pretty much know you are using creative docs.

Be creative, but I would suggest being creative with the entropay statement. The closer any docs actually match what they are for the better. And that goes for any docs

Now in all fairness I haven't used my entropay for eBay or PayPal so I cant be certain how they actually feel about them even if you supply a statement. I would do some research here before doing anything with regards to entropay and statements. Get it from someone who has actually done what you need first hand.

I agree with you Pod, it does seem like pushing it to me but you never know, someone may have tried it.

I would still like to know why you need to send the CC statement rather than the bank statement?

Have they requested the CC statement and nothing else or is this the same send in this selection of documents and then you get a list?

Because they are suspicious about the card and asking for a specific statement is the only way they will alleviate that suspicion.

Yes they will know immediately that it is ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

Every cc can be identified to the issuer, put that info an the wrong statement and your toast.

You guys are playing with fire and are about to get burned.

If they want an e/p statement then thats what you need to give them, if you can't then forget the account and move on to a new one

All account and personal information has to be clearly visible on docs or they will be rejected. You cannot block out account or card numbers any more

i have been asked to provide these details, as the OP i am also using entropay, so do i need to use an entropay statement ?

In a word yes.

They already know it's an e/p card and they also already know that e/p do not issue standard statements.

Use of e/p cards has to be well planned and executed to avoid these issues

you are right, i did not have sufficient credit, and so the card was declined, then i topped it up, it went through, however my listings got pulled and acc. suspended.

I guess i will have to add the other info to the e/p statement and hope for the best.

paypalpains, I've having the same issue at the moment. eBay are asking for a CC statement, my CC is from Entropay.

What exactly did you send them? Because I can print off an Entropay statement but the first and last 4 digits of the card don't appear anywhere on the statement, neither does my name/address info and this is what they need to see. (eBay have told me that I can block out the cc numbers, except the first 4 and last 4)

Also, the only transactions on the statement are mainly balance transfers between other stealth cards, which I obviously don't want them seeing!

you print off 2 sheets, one is account settings page with address and other is the actual card page with pic of virtual card and the card number on it. The whole card number should be visible, so not sure what page you are looking at....

Oompa, I'm bringing up the card I need to confirm and clicking "view statement". Then there's an option to print the statement.

So, is this the pic of the card I need to send to eBay? (obviously with the info showing)
