yes they probably know, but vcc are allowed,

regardless of stealth benefits, they are actually a very safe way of buying without putting a real high limit card in to paypa and therefore avoiding misuse etc...everyone should use them, I think more and more non-stealth users are using them for these reasons

i was aking whats the point of wanting to add a stealth address to entropay when it doesn't matter.
